At razvidomain.in, we strive to provide top-quality domain services. We understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned, and we want to make sure you have a clear understanding of our refund policy.
All domain registrations are non-refundable once the order has been successfully placed.
We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee only on web hosting plans (not available now). If user have any technical issue with our server and we unable to resolve the issue.
Please note, once a domain is successfully booked through our platform, it is non-refundable. This is because once the domain registration is completed, the payment is processed and the amount is deducted from our account as well. As per ICANN (Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers) rules, domain registration fees are non-refundable after a successful registration, regardless of the duration of the booking. Therefore, once a domain is booked for a year, no refund will be provided.

You may not cancel your domain after successfully placed. If you cancel after book your domain, you will not be eligible for a refund according to ICANN.
